About James T. Lynch Construction Co., Inc.
At Lynch Construction, we seek to provide superior construction management and site work services by believing in our vision to achieve success. We provide our employees with the tools, training, and equipment necessary to complete all work in a safe and efficient manner. And above all else, we strive to exceed our customers' expectations while providing them with an unrivaled level of service and quality.
James T. Lynch Construction began operations in 1973 when James T. bought his first backhoe and truck. In 2003, his son Jamie Lynch became a partner and ushered in a period of expansion that saw Lynch Construction grow to over 75 pieces of heavy equipment, and over 100 employees. We began taking on increasingly larger projects, and in 2013, we relocated to Andover, MA, to better accommodate our staff and equipment.
We pride ourselves on the relationships that we maintain with our customers. We strive to meet our customers every need, while remaining on schedule and on budget. We use only the best equipment, and our top notch mechanics help to ensure our equipment is operating around the clock. Our excellent workers have the skills, training, and talent necessary to help us complete projects with the highest degree of quality possible.
Safety is our number one concern, and we have stringent protocols in place to ensure the safety of our workers. We employ a safety control officer, whose sole duty is to ensure safety standards are being followed correctly at all jobsites. He meets weekly with work crews to give "toolbox talks," about a different topic on safety every time. These talks help to make all employees aware of the various procedures that they need to follow. We regularly hold OSHA 10 training programs in order to ensure all of our employees are up to date on the most recent safety standards and we are always in full compliance with OSHA safety standards. We work to ensure that our workplace is a drug and alcohol free one, and regularly test employees to ensure a safe operating environment.
In addition to adhering to a strict set of safety guidelines, we also prioritize environmental standards. We follow all applicable laws and regulations, and no jobs begin until the proper environmental controls are in place. We have also upgraded much of our equipment to meet the new Tier IV emission standards.
